Junior B2B Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Almere, Netherlands

A hands-on junior role for someone who wants to grow in B2B marketing at the intersection of high-tech hardware, environmental monitoring, public-sector decision-making and regulatory-grade acoustic evidence.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior B2B Marketing & Communications Coordinator who will take ownership of day-to-day DSS marketing and communications. This is a hands-on, content-forward role. You will help keep DSS visible, credible and commercially active across LinkedIn, the website, newsletters, partner channels, sales materials and product campaigns.

Your primary focus is the RANOS ONE: helping professional audiences understand what it is, why it matters, and how to buy, deploy or resell it. You will translate technical substance into clear communication for municipalities, industrial operators, consultants, infrastructure managers, integrators and distribution partners.

This is not a passive support role. We expect you to take initiative, ask good questions, contribute ideas and build assets that directly support sales, partner activation and market credibility.

How we work

DSS is building a growth-minded, ownership-driven culture. We believe people should grow based on initiative, quality of work, reliability and real contribution. In a small high-tech company, your impact is visible. People who take responsibility, deliver consistently and help move the company forward can grow quickly in responsibility and position as DSS scales internationally.

We also value judgement. Our market is technical, professional and often regulatory. Good marketing at DSS is not hype. It is the disciplined translation of measured facts, product capability, evidence value and customer relevance into content that helps buyers and partners make informed decisions.

About Dutch Sensor Systems

Dutch Sensor Systems develops regulatory-grade acoustic evidence infrastructure for continuous environmental noise monitoring. Our autonomous RANOS ONE monitoring nodes and data infrastructure help cities, industrial operators, researchers, infrastructure managers and distribution partners collect reliable sound data for policy, permitting, compliance, enforcement and operational decisions.

We are a small, focused high-tech company with a clear mission: Serving the World with Sensible Insights. That mission requires consistent, credible and technically accurate communication.

Why join DSS?

Noise pollution is one of the most underreported public health and environmental challenges in the world. DSS is building the infrastructure to measure it continuously, reliably and at scale.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership and contribute to a company with international ambitions. Your work will help turn high-tech acoustic monitoring into clear market communication, stronger partner activation and better decision-making.

If you want a junior role where your work is visible, commercially relevant and connected to a real-world challenge, DSS is a good place to grow.
